推广位上线:付费突出在这里如何运作
This list has always been free to read, and it stays that way. But running a 24/7 tor probe fleet is not free, so the list now has a business model: paid placements. Full transparency about how they work follows - because a status list that hides its incentives has no business lecturing anyone about trust.
What a placement buys
A promoted service gets a visible highlight tag and a top position within its category. That is the entire product: visibility. Placement changes nothing about the status badges - a promoted service shows OFFLINE exactly as bluntly as an unpaid one, and promoted entries are checked by the same probes on the same schedule. What it does not buy
No endorsement. No "verified" label. No influence over editorial content, including this news section. The badges remain machine-reported reachability, full stop. A paid placement on a dead service is money burned, and we are fine with that. Everything is marked: promoted entries carry a visible tag so you can always tell paid from organic. Pricing and terms live on the advertise page.
